Part 2 of Saturday's post

Not sure what was going on when I tried posting this at the end of my other post, it wasn't working right so I'll finish the end here. It was all running together, weird. :-)

I love snowmen, so I picked this guy up for 50 cents for holiday decorating :-)

This had to be my best deal of the day! The price tag on it new was $70.00. They were asking $17.00 we paid $13.00! A much easier way to do canning. I was pleased! We found a lot of moving sales so we got pretty lucky.

Hope everyone had a great weekend! If you were able to I'd love to hear what you made in your crockpots!

Blessings,
Jill

Hey Jill. I love christmas decorating too.. but almost love decorating for Fall just as much,, the only bad thing is that here in Fl , we really dont have a fall.. no leaves change color, and not a huge difference in temp.. but love it any way..
Well great find for your christmas decor.
I hit a yard sale or two today on my way out the the beach,,but nothing real good..

I love snowmen too. Every Christmas my husband jokes that they are taking over the house.

HI Jill..
That pressure canner is awesome!!! I don't remember asking you if you have canned lots of things. Now that I'll be working again, I can maybe afford to buy the stuff necessary :) :) :) I always admire people who can stuff...that's so cool!!! That was a great deal, too!!!

Love the snowman. He''ll look cute on display at Christmas.

Moving sales can be lots of fun. The yard sale where I bought that wooden storage bench for $5 was a moving sale. They had a boatload of things to sell...lots of variety.

Have a lovely Sunday, Jill!!!! I haven't made anything in the crockpot yet. I may have to save it for next Sunday :) :)

Love and hugs from Oregon, Heather :)

Wow!
You got a great deal on that canner.
I do not have a pressure canner, just a water bath. I would like to find one but hate to spend a fortune for one.
Here is the link for the spaghetti sauce that I make.

My step-mom is in love with snowmen too, every year for Christmas we get her a new snowman ornament her goal is to have an entire Snowman Christmas tree. Christmas is also pretty much the only holiday we decorate for. Congrats on the pressure cooker that was an awesome deal! No crockpot meals yet but soon I will be trying them I've been getting in my school books and skimming them is making my head spin and classes haven't even started yet! Hope you have a great week!
