We got hammered with snow again.....

Well today we're keeping busy clearing snow and keeping warm! Schools did decide to close, yeah! :-)
Thought I'd share a few more pics. for my friends who do not have the luxury of snow. You are more than welcome to take all you want! LOL. Our view at 5:30 AM.

Outside our garage door.

I am so thankful for our snowblower!
I think our neighbor is too as we share a driveway ;-)

I really like this picture taken from my window this morning.

Poor Skippy, didn't know which way to go!! They will not walk in the snow...too deep, lol.

My husband made paths in the backyard so the dogs could run around and around!

Owen deciding which path to take....

This one again just because she's so cute! ;-)

Have a great night!!

Blessings,
Jill

HI Jill, Doesn't that snow look so beautiful so early in the morning? It's white and smooth :) :) Oh, your dogs are so cute!!! Hey, maybe the girls can take the dogs around on a sled? I wonder if the dogs would go for that ;) :) Oh, and then the photo of your youngest one, tasting snow. Some of my friends have little kids your daughter's age...and they all like tasting snow :) :) It must be something preprogrammed in little kids :) :) Enjoy the snow :) :) Your hubby is so good to dig out paths for the dogs...and your snowblower, that is a blessing to you and your neighbor's...definitely :) :) Love and hugs from Oregon, Heather :)

Dear God woman, never call snow a luxury! I'm sick of it all. I miss warm days, at this point I would even take a 40 degree day.
Have a great weekend and I hope neither of us get any more white junk!

I know you're probably sick of the white stuff by now - but it is so, so pretty!!! I wish there was some way you could send some down here to Texas!!

Wowsa!!!! We're finally getting above freezing for a couple days and I'm loving it! Supposed to be 38 tomorrow! The driveway might actually be all cement...
What great pictures! And I love that your hubby snowblowed a path for the dog! We just push ours out the back door... FEND FOR YOURSELVES!!!

It is beautiful, but I am pretty much over it!! That is so funny that hubby made a path for the dogs. He's not spoiling them or anything!

Oh, I'm so jealous! I'm beginning to worry that we won't see snow again here in the mountains of Eastern Oregon :( We love it. I wish you could blow some our way :) Love the ending pic!

@ Heather...funny you should mention sledding with the dogs... Sally went sledding with us last year and loved it! LOL

Claudia...you are more than welcome to all the snow! :-)

SonyaAnn...I sure wasn't serious about the snow being a luxury! LOL I'm hoping this is it!! :-)

Donna... If I could I would!

McVal... If they weren't so short, that might work, lol. But our dogs do tend to be quite spoiled... :-)

Wendi... Yes, they are spoiled, it's pretty to look at but not to shovel. :-)

Cheesecakin Mamma... Thank you, she was having so much fun with the snow. :-)

Hi Bren!...He actually used the snowblower so cheated just a little. lol.

Have a great night all! ;-)

I can relate to all of the snow. It has been non stop here in Wisconsin! It was a slippery mess outside today while I was driving! It's nice to look at, but it's horrible to drive in. I'm ready for Spring.
Oh, and by the way, thank you for following my blog Jill. I'm glad you stopped by.

i love the pics, as i have never seen anything like that... so, do yall always have to clean your driveway? or do each of yall take turns? that just seems like lots of work, hope you have a BIG machine to help! (you can tell i am very uneducated about all this snow talk!)
be safe and have fun...
I LOVE the pic of your door open, i literally gasp everytime!

Hello Jill
It looks like you have as much snow as we do. What a great idea to make a trail for the dogs in the yard. Our two Bisons make their own trails and get stuck sometimes because there is sooo much snow. Take care & keep warm!

All I can say about snow at this point is it is pretty. We got another storm last night & snowed contined most of the day. School was only delayed but I decided it was better to stay off the roads. A free day for Sam. I do not have school bus service back the road so for the past 15 years I have driven my kids to a near by bus stop. After cleaning porches walk ways 4 times last night & trying to shovel a path to the basement to do laundry I just gave up. Before hubby went to work he reshoveled paths all around the homestead today. We need a snow blower I can see. Your paths are so nice. The dogs must enjoy them. Blessings!

Wow that is a LOT of snow!! Holy Moly!!! Beautiful pictures though. We have not had any snow really since Thanksgiving. It started out with a boom and then kind of fizzled out. Jealous!

Jill,
I feel for y'all. I'm so glad our latest storm was rain instead of snow. Kevin always made a path through the backyard for our dogs when we lived in PA. We had older neighbors with no pets and they would look at him like he was crazy to be blowing a circle in the backyard. Kathleen is cute as always. I hope y'all have a wonderful weekend. Take care.

"Mama, that is A LOT of snow. Do you think she will share some with me? We can scoop it up in a bowl for snow cream!" ~ Lily

Thank you for more photos! Yes, definately BEAUTIFUL to look at, but I can imagine how frustratiing it gets to have to keep scraping the side walks and such... :) Stay warm, safe and healthy!! ~ Kristina

SOOOO pretty! I think that one photo of the open door to your garage is something!! Wow! We were supposed to be really hit with snow this year, so we bought snow tires (for the first time ever) and the weather has been unseasonably warm. We shall see what happens in the next two months of winter. LOL! :) Enjoy the white stuff...it sure is beautiful.

Many blessings,
Camille
