One Minute Peanut Butter Cake

Hayley also enjoys baking....but her methods have me laughing at times. She started setting things out to find some of the ingredients she needed for her recipe. Then she left it there and went off to do something else.... teenagers...  ;-)

She found this recipe on Pinterest for one minute peanut butter cakes. Quick, easy and yummy! Another snow day of baking. :-)

First set out all the ingredients:

1 egg beaten
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 heaping Tbsp flour
2 Tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp milk
1 Tbsp powdered sugar

Adding the egg....

Buttering the ramekins......

1 Tbsp brown sugar.......

1/2 tsp baking powder

1 heaping Tbsp flour

2 Tbsp peanut butter

Mix ingredients together really well.

Hayley chose to add in some M & M's :-)

Pour batter into greased ramekins.

Add more M & M's (optional, but so good, lol)

Get a hug from your dad :-)

Put ramekin in microwave. Love this picture of Hayley laughing and it's a joke between us so I had to have this memory recorded :-) Love you girl!

While cake is microwaving, stir together milk and powdered sugar adding more if necessary to thicken.

And then you have beautiful baked peanut butter cakes! Leave in ramekins to serve or remove and cool completely. Add the frosting over top.

Enjoy!!!

Hayley gave her thumbs up! :-)

Have a great day!!! Spring is coming soon!!! LOL

                                                                 Blessings,
                                                                       Jill

Your family has to be the neatest, most organized and the cutest bakers I've seen!!! I've never baked or cooked in the microwave. That's cool! And the little cakes look good.

Kevin has been begging for something sweet every evening after supper. He just started again tonight--I think this just might fit the bill and it won't take too long to make! Please tell Hayley thanks for sharing!! Hope y'all are staying safe and warm! Take care. Sheila PS---I can't get over how grown up Hayley is looking. =)
