It's that time of year again! Making lots of cookies! :-)

One of our favorite family traditions is making cookies together each year. This year Kathleen was the picture taker so full photo credits go to her. ;-) Thanks Kathleen you did a wonderful job! The total of cookies made were around 400! We give them to neighbors, our mailman, keep a few for ourselves and then take a majority in for the guys at Jerry's work. :-) There's a bit of a mess involved in the kitchen during this process but it's always worth it.

A little blurry but Kathleen wanted to document the process just like he mommy usually does. :-)

It's times like these I wish I had a double oven as well as a few extra! LOL :-)

As you can probably tell, chocolate chips are one of our favorites each year.

Kathleen was also practicing the fine art of taking her own selfies, lol. There were quite a few on my camera. Following in her sister's foot steps.

Daddy helped her with these, turned out so cute.

Love this selfie picture of her with the tree in the background.

Oatmeal raisin cookies are one of Jerry's favorites. He was a little reluctant to share these. :-)

Just a few of the many cookies made that night.

We still have plans for baking more, especially Kathleen's favorite cherry cookies. Have all the ingredients, just need a little more time.

Jerry's brother gave us a bottle of this Niagara white wine and it's so delicious. We can't get it around our way and we've tried contacting the winery to see if they could ship any but never received a response. A shame as good customer service is so important to us. This was a great way to unwind from the day. Ironically I am allergic to wine, but once in awhile I enjoy a glass anyway. :-) Then I usually fall right off to sleep! LOL. Love this time of year and just being with my family.

Hi Jill, what fun making cookies at your house. Looks like you have great helpers and oh how delicious they all look lined up in trays on the table. I also did a bunch of baking this year for gifts, company and to freeze for later. The girls are so cute as always and your hubby looks like he is totaling enjoying the fun!! Too bad about the wine and no response. Yes, customer service is very important.
Your tree is so beautiful. Wishing you all the best holiday filled with many more blessings. Thank you for being such a dear friend over the years here in blogland. My best to your mother too. Merry Christmas and all the best in the new year too. xo

What a labor of love! They all look so yummy. I am intrigued by the way you have them displayed and am imagining how they will be presented. Oh, and I think it's cool that Mirabelle found you at Christmastime.
