Review of Simply Earth Peppermint Essential Oil and a Body Scrub Recipe Perfect for the Holidays! #simplyearth

*I received this product in exchange for an honest review. All opinions are my own*

This is my favorite time of year! All the beauty of the holiday season, time with loved ones and enjoying favorite foods, sights and smells! One of my favorite being the smell of Peppermint! Just wouldn't be a Christmas time celebration without it.

Simply Earth is a small, eco-friendly, family owned business who sent me some essential peppermint oil to review. One of the amazing things I like about this company is they donate 13% of their profits from the products to rehabilitating trafficking victims, sadly the average age of these women is only13 years old!

The product is 100% pure, non-toxic, no additives and packaged in the USA. It comes in a 15 ML amber glass bottle with a euro dropper cap included. It smells amazing and since it's concentrated a few drops go a long way!

I think one of Kathleen's favorite parts of modeling the pictures for me was getting to smell the incredible scent.  ;-)

There are so many great uses for peppermint, infusing it to clear sinuses, applying to the soles of your feet as well to help with colds and so much more. Since it's that time of year for gift giving I thought it would be perfect to share this sugar scrub recipe using the peppermint oil. Recipe is listed in the last picture.

Gather all the ingredients you will need together before getting started.

First pour in the sugar into a large bowl.

                                                               Then add the coconut oil.

                                                                       Mix well.

Add several drops of the peppermint essential oil.

Mix well and place inside a Mason jar.

Create a nice label with some ribbon, add a decorative top. (In this example we cut out wrapping paper of Santa's hat to place on the lid) You can also add label there and attach the recipe. There are many ways to change this up and dress it up to give as a gift.

Super easy to put together and will last awhile being kept in an air tight container.

For the holidays and more, check out this great company and help them give back to those in need.
Simply Earth also guarantees their products 100%! If you aren't satisfied for any reason let them know and get your money back.

                                                                        Blessings,
                                                                              Jill
